Fr. Jacob is the only Priest in India to be elected as Member of Legislative Assembly and being a Priest too.
He has worked for nearly 5 decades to bring up the level of Rural Women into the Society’s Mainstream.
He believes and believed in Gandhian Method of Non-Violence, Satyagraha, Fast Unto Death etc to get the attention of officialdom in solving the rural problems.
